Technical skills include setting the light show to match the beat of the music, setting volume levels and positioning speakers so guests can hear announcements throughout the room, while dancers feel the bass and guests at tables are able to carry on with conversations at the same time.

Microphone skills are critical- I keep things fresh, speak clearly, and am careful to not talk too much.

Coordinating skills: I check with the officiant, catering, photographers, you, the wedding party, the venue staff and anyone else who needs to OK when it is time to do events such as the ceremony seating, processional, recessional, grand entrance, welcome speech, prayer, clinking routine, toasts, cake cutting, shoe game, spotlight dances, dollar dance, anniversary dance, bouquet toss, garter toss, all the way to the send off routine.

I provide unlimited planning time to cover all of these ideas and more, in person, by phone, email or video conference.

You can rest assured that I will follow your taste in music, cheerfully take requests from guests, and "read the room" to get everyone involved.
