If you are interested in any kind of "salute" to your ethnic heritage, please mention which culture you'd like Paul to prepare for.  Some of the most entertaining wedding dances are where two families with strong ties to two different world cultures are getting together- for example, going back and forth from Mexican Reggaton and Irish Jigs or German Polkas... It can be so much fun that guests who normally would not dance will get onto the floor to join in.
